Jacinda Félix Haro

Dean of Students, MCPHS University

With over 15 years experience in the higher education field, Jacinda’s work encompasses Title IX coordination and investigation, student conduct, crisis management , Care team/ student support, multicultural and LGBTQ education, diversity and inclusion training, student advising, advocacy and engagement, leadership and involvement programs, fraternity and sorority life, student union work, residence life, and new student orientation programs.

Jacinda currently serves as the Dean of Students at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Services University in Boston. She is also a student in the Higher Education Administration PhD program at the University of Massachusetts Boston.

In addition, Jacinda serves on numerous committees and councils in the New England area and nationally.
