Desks in classroom

Tapping Talent is a term used by people who work in higher education when referring to how they found their way into their jobs. Because you can’t ‘major’ in admissions, or student activities, or alumni affairs, most people who enter the field do so because someone at their undergraduate college   “tapped them” and suggested that they would be a great higher education administrator, be perfect for an admissions office, or would be a natural as a conduct officer. is a website that pulls together resources about the industry known as higher education. It is designed for undergraduate students (and their families).
